All that glistens is not gold, the saying goes. And of course, it's true. The Second Life fashion world is crammed full of discount shopping events these days, and sometimes the prices are terrifically tempting but the goods are a little bit disappointing. But sometimes you can find yourself in a fashion goldmine, packed with all sorts of genuine bargains. One of the longest standing discount shopping events, The Dressing Room Fusion, never fails to deliver some great original pieces at rock bottom prices.
I picked up this stunning mini dress by DRIFT at TDR Fusion yesterday. It comes with a texture change hud, so you get 3 gorgeous dresses in one, and at only 70L$ it's an irresistible bargain. I picked up the shades and bangles there too - all set for a great little clubbing look for Saturday night. The cute moustache handbag was a free gift I spotted on marketplace, and the hair is the one of the new cornrow styles that are half price at BooN until 20th January. The hair comes as a base, with a colour change hud for skin matching, and hair attachments that work with the base. There are 4 styles so far, and they're all stunning!
With the look so far costing less than 500L$, I could afford to splash out on some stunning heels for my Slink High Heel feet! The black and gold jewellery by Amnesia seemed the perfect addition for this look. So, I'm off to dance the night away, and I hope you're having a great weekend!
